We partner with Knutsford Express to provide reliable shipping services across Jamaica. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping processes, timelines, and policies.
We exclusively partner with Knutsford Express, Jamaica's premier courier service, to ensure your custom printed items are delivered safely and efficiently islandwide.
All completed orders are shipped via Knutsford Express standard service. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within metropolitan areas and 2-3 business days to other parishes after your order is completed and handed to the courier.
For urgent deliveries, we offer expedited shipping through Knutsford Express's priority service (additional fees apply). This guarantees next-business-day delivery to most locations.
Free pickup is available at our Kingston office during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. Typical costs range from $800-$1,500 JMD for most orders.
Orders of 50+ items may qualify for reduced shipping rates. Contact us for a custom quote on large orders.
Most orders are completed within 3-5 business days after final artwork approval and receipt of garments (if provided by customer).
You'll receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is dispatched via Knutsford Express.
Knutsford Express will make two delivery attempts. After two failed attempts, packages will be held at their nearest branch for 5 business days before being returned to us.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours to qualify for replacement or refund.
Packages with incorrect addresses will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
We currently only ship within Jamaica. For international orders, please contact us for special arrangements.
If you receive defective or incorrectly printed items, we'll cover return shipping via Knutsford Express and expedite replacements.
Returns for size exchanges or customer errors will incur return shipping charges.
